Welcome to HAHO Learn, an online educational platform operated by HAHO Animation Studio ("HAHO", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using HAHO Learn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
HAHO Learn is available to users aged 16 and above. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you may use the platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts & Registration
To access courses and features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
You must verify your email address to activate your account. Accounts may require profile completion before full access is granted.
3. Courses & Digital Content
HAHO Learn provides digital educational content, including video courses and learning materials.
- All content is for personal, non-commercial use only
- Purchasing a course grants you access, not ownership
- You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share course content
All intellectual property remains the sole property of HAHO Animation Studio.
4. Payments & Access
- All payments are one-time payments processed through third-party payment providers
- No refunds are provided after payment, under any circumstances
- Course access is granted only after payment confirmation
- In case of payment failure or pending status, access will remain restricted until resolved
HAHO Learn does not store sensitive payment information such as card or mobile money credentials.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
HAHO Learn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.
- Users will always be notified before suspension or termination
- Serious violations may result in permanent loss of access
6. Platform Availability
We strive to keep HAHO Learn available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
7. Limitation of Liability
HAHO Learn provides educational content "as is". We are not responsible for:
- Skill outcomes or employment results
- Data loss due to user error
- Temporary service interruptions
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
